For a short period, you will see some Elixir Cosmeceuticals products alongside our new Face Formula branding, as stock levels vary by product. We’ve worked hard to make this transition as seamless as possible, so most products will be available immediately under the new brand. Rest assured, your favorite products will remain accessible throughout this period.
Most of our product formulas will stay the same, ensuring you get the familiar results you trust. However, we’re making a few updates to some products, including Face Foam and Essential Formula (previously Face Formula), to incorporate the latest advancements in skincare technology. No, you’re welcome to check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes future purchases easier - you can track your orders, save your details for next time, and view your full order history whenever you like.
To reset your password, go to the login page on our website and click on “Forgot your password?”. Enter the email address linked to your account, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder - or contact us if you need further help.
Yes - to update your account details, simply log in to your account and go to “Account details”. There, you can edit your name, email address, and saved addresses.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us directly and we’ll help you remove your information in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
Orders & Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. However, delivery time may vary depending on your location in Norway. During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional campaigns, shipping may take slightly longer. According to consumer regulations, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Tracking is available only for shipments sent to a pickup point or delivered to your door. Mailbox deliveries (kr 29 shipping) do not include tracking. You will receive a notification from Bring when your parcel is on its way or ready for pickup.
At this time, we only deliver within Norway, excluding Svalbard and Jan Mayen. We do not offer international shipping. Visit our faceformula.com for international shipping.

Once your order has been placed, it is processed quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at norway@faceformula.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after processing has begun.

Yes, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Products with broken seals cannot be returned.
Returns are only accepted for private customers (not businesses), and you must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days by emailing: norway@faceformula.com.
To initiate a return, email us at norway@faceformula.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid return label by email. Print the label, securely pack the items, and drop off the parcel at your nearest post office. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 2 days of receipt. Please send photos of the damage along with your message to norway@faceformula.com, so we can document the issue with the carrier and arrange a solution.
Yes, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. We cover the cost upfront by providing you with a prepaid label, but it will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
Our Products
Yes - all of our products are cruelty-free. They are produced in Europe (specifically in Italy, Switzerland, and Germany), where animal testing for cosmetics has long been banned. We also only sell our products in countries where animal testing is not required by law.
That said, we believe in transparency: while none of our finished products or ingredients are tested on animals, many active ingredients in skincare have historically undergone animal testing during their development, to ensure safety and efficacy. This applies to most active ingredients used in the industry today.
Because of this, we are not officially certified as cruelty-free. Certification involves specific criteria that can be difficult to meet due to the historical use of certain ingredients. We choose not to make claims we cannot fully stand behind - but we are committed to ethical practices and transparency every step of the way.

At the moment, we only offer travel-size versions of a few selected products. We do not currently offer free samples. If you’d like to try a product before committing to the full size, we recommend visiting one of our resellers for in-store testing.
